Returns must be accompanied by receipt.
Data backup is the responsibility of the owner,
McInturff Computers will not be held liable for data loss for any
reason whether man made or natural cause. The owner of the data should
backup that data before any work is done.
McInturff Computers sells malware and virus free
systems, not liable for infection after the sale. No exceptions.
Materials left at the store longer than sixty (60)
days are declared abandoned and become the property of McInturff
Technical support will be given at no additional
charge for hardware sold by McInturff Computers, however the original
manufacturer is often the best place to start.
Software support will be given for the first
thirty 30 days after the sale of a computer, afterwards it will be fee
based consultation support.
